Fascias, Soffits & Guttering Products & Services
Fascia Boards
Eurocell’s 18mm replacement uPVC fascia boards provide a neat roof edge and a fixing surface for guttering. Available in a choice of profiles and finishes, they offer a low-maintenance alternative to timber without the need for regular painting.
Soffit Boards
We install unvented Eurocell uPVC soffit boards to provide a neat, low-maintenance finish beneath the roof overhang. Roof-space ventilation is provided separately at the eaves through our preferred eaves guard system.
Coordinated Fascias, Soffits & Guttering
Eurocell’s roofline range includes matching joints, corners and finishing trims.
Coordinating these details with your fascia and soffit boards creates a tidy finish, whether you prefer a traditional appearance or a more contemporary look.
Fascia Replacement or Capping?
Replacement fascia boards renew the existing boards. Eurocell also offers 9mm capping boards for suitable, sound timber.
The condition underneath matters: damaged or rotten wood should be addressed before new coverings are fitted.
Roof Space Ventilation
We fit unvented soffits with an eaves guard system that provides roof ventilation, directs water into the gutter and helps keep birds out from beneath roof tiles.
Our preferred system gives a neat, tidy finish, with ventilation tailored to your roof.
What Affects the Price?
Your quotation depends on the length and condition of the roofline, chosen products, access and preparation work.
Tell us whether you need a repair or a replacement, and we can discuss the scope of the work.

Does Your Roofline Need Attention?
Leaking guttering or deteriorating boards do not always mean everything needs replacing. An isolated fault may be repairable, while more widespread deterioration may make replacement worthwhile.
Signs worth checking include:
- Water spilling over the gutters during rain.
- Persistent drips or staining around joints.
- Sagging guttering or loose downpipes.
- Peeling paint or visible decay in timber boards.
- Cracked, loose or missing fascia and soffit sections.
Finding the cause helps identify the right work. Overflowing gutters, for example, may be blocked rather than worn out.
